A pale paper lace frame surrounds a large blank center, with tiny punched openings, scalloped outer edges, and raised floral details worked into the border. The original source is a 19th-century French mechanical canivet devotional card, but the visible piece now reads mainly as an embossed lace border with soft paper texture.
