Germolene Ointment Trade Card – Midcentury Brush Script on Lavender

A small English trade card advertising Germolene aseptic ointment, with the brand name in heavy black script across a soft lavender ground. Below it, two lines of bold capitals read Aseptic Ointment and Heals All Skin Trouble, set in a chunky hand-lettered sans with tall initial letters. The rough, inky texture of this Midcentury display type gives the lettering real character, and the card comes cut out on a transparent background. Try the script wordmark as lettering inspiration for a pharmacy or apothecary shop sign.
