A London Transport ticket stub with fare paid 10, class ORD, stage 32, route 030 and ticket number 4257 stamped in faded purple ink. A ruled grid of boxes, a small block of text saying the ticket must be shown on demand, and a NOT TRANSFERABLE strip along the bottom give it plenty of midcentury typography to borrow.
